Terms of Service

Beauchamp Digital provides custom website design, responsive development, lead forms, deployment assistance, and website maintenance. These general terms describe the service process. Your written project agreement sets out the specific scope, price, and schedule.

Project scope and approval

Custom websites starting at $1,250. Final pricing depends on the size, content, and features of your project. You’ll know the full project cost before work begins. Before work begins, we agree in writing on deliverables, payment milestones, revisions, estimated timing, and any ongoing services. Additional work requires an agreed scope and price.

Payments and third-party costs

Any deposit and remaining balance will be specified in your proposal. Domain registration, hosting, software subscriptions, and other third-party fees are included only when expressly stated. No purchase or recurring maintenance subscription is created by submitting an inquiry.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation through the contact form or your established project communication channel. Deposits may become non-refundable once work begins, as described in your written project agreement. Any refund is considered based on completed work, committed costs, and applicable law. If work has not begun, we will discuss a refund of amounts not committed to approved project costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Client materials and revisions

You are responsible for providing accurate content and materials you have permission to use. Timely feedback helps keep the project on schedule. Revision allowances and changes outside the agreed scope are defined in the project agreement.

Launch, ownership, and support

Launch takes place after your final approval and completion of agreed payment milestones. Your project agreement will describe ownership and handover. Third-party fonts, software, and assets remain subject to their respective licenses. Maintenance and ongoing updates are available under separately agreed terms.

Results and availability

Websites are designed to make it easier for customers to contact your business. Specific search rankings, inquiry volumes, sales, and uninterrupted third-party service cannot be guaranteed.
